The share price of the Mercator increased around 5% intraday last Thursday after a company recorded the highest coal production and dispatches for the previous month (September 2018). The company has already gained around 50% of its yearly coal production approximately 2 million MT for the financial year 2019.
The company said the total production of coal for the September month stands at around 183,485 MT and that is a record production level. The company has focused on higher production & infrastructure, the company added.
Mercator has surpassed its monthly target with the record dispatch number of 378,312 MT through the better coal handling management and infrastructure in September month.
At 4:00 PM, 04 October 2018, the share price of Mercator was quoting INR 17.90 up INR 0.80 or up 4.68%.
